Pastor W.E. Marshall was born in Monroe County, Alabama on July 8, 1965 to the Late Presiding Elder James Marshall and Mrs. Lucy Watts Marshall of Peterman, Alabama. He was educated in the Monroe County Public School System and graduated from J. F. Shields High School, Beatrice, Alabama. He received a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Social Rehabilitative Services from Troy State University, Troy, Alabama.
Pastor Marshall received a Masters of Divinity in Christian Education
with a minor in Homiletics from Turner Theological Seminary, ITC, Atlanta, GA. He is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in “Leadership Development and Organization Dynamics at United Theological Seminary, Dayton , Ohio . He has been an itinerant pastor in the A.M.E Church for 20 years.

Marshall is Married to the former Kimberly R Huggins, the eldest
daughter of Presiding Elder and Mrs. Willis N. Huggins, Sr. of the
Ozark Troy District. She was educated in Birmingham Alabama Public
School System and graduated from Wenonah High School. Sister Marshall received an B.S.W. in Social Work with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of North Alabama. For the Past 18 years she has been employed with the Social Security Administration.
Pastor and Mrs. Marshall are the proud parents of one son, Joshua James Huggins Marshall
